The famous Amsterdam Red Light District is just to the east of the Damrak. The Red Light district is spread around two small canals the Oudezijds Voorburgwal and the Oudezijds Achterburgwal. In this are are many sex shops, sex shows and the "window brothels" where women show themselves to passing customers. Do not take any pictures of the women.
